Potential Larval Delays

Due to a short-term reshuffle in staff availabilities, between October and November 2024, there may be slight delays in processing times for larval differentiation tests.


Our normal time frame is between 7 - 10 days. To maintain the very best quality in your lab reports, we have had to slightly extend the time frame given for the delivery of your results. During this period, reporting time for larvals might stretch out to 14 days. Our lab will do our very best to try to minimize any potential impact this might have on routine testing.


We do hope you will bear with us during this period until we have our full lab team back on deck.
